Refund Policy

Every Pass is made for one person, so here is how refunds work:

• Before we start writing (you have not sent your answers yet): full refund, no questions asked.
• After delivery: if something is wrong or does not feel right, tell us within 14 days and we will rewrite it. If we cannot make it right, we refund you in full.
